About

Dorinku was created in an effort to bring the eats of Japan to the streets of Edmonton. Since 2016, they have become a favourite amongst locals craving izakaya-style Japanese food, sharing regionally inspired dishes.
‍
In preparation for an expansion of their bar offerings, I worked on redesigning their bar menus, beverage packaging, and website. The goal was to further immerse customers into each respective location through physical and digital touch points.
